CIT B Block Air-Tightness upgrade

Description: This project involved the stripping of the old façade and erecting a new quadruple glazed façade independent to the existing one, as well as ensuring air tightness while fitting out the internal interior.  Due to the complex design of this structure it was a closely watched by other institutes because of the poor reputation of the existing structures throughout Europe. This project surpassed all expectations of the design team and college due to the excellent energy efficiency upgrade of the building
