Description	Refurbishment of this entire listed building inside and outside while the building remained in use. This consisted of a new lead flat roof and new replaced slates. Lime plaster to the entire outside of the building and new sliding sash window throughout. The inside was a floor by floor refurbishment and consisted of a full mechanical and electrical upgrade as well as a full new fit out.
